Delivery
Free delivery on UK Mainland orders over £29.99, and on Highland, Islands & Northern Ireland orders over £45.99. Below those thresholds delivery is a flat £4.79 (UK Mainland) or £8.39 (Highland, Islands & Northern Ireland), rising to £5.99 / £9.59 for heavier items. A small number of larger pieces, such as altar tables and the bigger figurines, always carry a delivery charge and never qualify for free delivery, however much you spend. The charge is shown in the basket before you pay. Stock is held in a UK warehouse and orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Tracked delivery then takes a further 2 to 4 working days, so most orders arrive within about a week. We will email tracking when your order leaves the warehouse.
Returns and cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and have a further 14 days to send the goods back once you have told us. We also accept change-of-mind returns up to 28 days from the date your order was dispatched, giving you extra time beyond the legal minimum. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Items should come back unused and in their original packaging where possible. Unless an item is faulty or not as described, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Once we have the return and have checked it, we refund the item cost to your original payment method, usually within 14 days.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
