Delivery
Stock is held in a UK warehouse, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses usually takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. We ship to UK addresses only.
Returns and cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and have a further 14 days to send the goods back once you have told us. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Items should come back unused and in their original packaging where possible. Unless an item is faulty or not as described, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Once we have the return and have checked it, we refund the item cost to your original payment method, usually within 14 days.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
