These terms apply to all orders placed through rowanandsalt.co.uk (“Rowan & Salt”), operated by Jason Boyd, a sole trader based in Scotland.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or shown. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, in which case you receive a full refund.
Products
All products are sold as decorative items and for personal practice. Nothing sold here is a medical, therapeutic or health product, and no such claims are made. Candles, incense and similar carry the maker’s own safety information, which you should follow.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Liability and law
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
